Mr. Katz is the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agam Capital, a technology driven insurance solutions provider. Prior to founding Agam, Mr. Katz was a partner at Apollo Global Management where he was responsible for managing a global alternative credit portfolio. The investment mandate included high yield. special situations, private credit and alternative assets. Prior to that time, he was a partner at Och-Ziff Freidheim and, in total, has more than 27 years of experience investing in the capital markets. Mr. Katz has held many leadership positions in the financial and not-for-profit sectors. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Governors at the OU and a member of their Executive Committee.
Mr. Katz graduated from New York University with a BS in Accounting and Economics, and he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Raghunathan has over 3 decades of experience in global financial services spanning insurance, banking, asset management, regulation and pension funds. Mr. Raghunathan is the former Global Chief Investments Risk Officer at Aflac where he was responsible for identifying and assessing investment risks in an evolving regulatory environment while developing strategies to address those risks. Most recently, Mr. Raghunathan was strategically partnered with the investor group that led the successful demutualization of Ohio National Financial Services (ONFS).
Previously, Mr. Raghunathan was the Chief Risk Officer at Apollo Global Management. At Apollo, Mr. Raghunathan was responsible for implementing enterprise-wide risk management framework, formulating detailed risk policies and internal guidelines for funds, and providing optimal risk management solutions. He led Apollo’s risk management efforts in its evaluation of global insurance business opportunities, specifically in regards to Athene Holding’s life and annuities businesses right from the formation of the company.
Prior to his role at Apollo, Mr. Raghunathan held positions of increasing responsibility at TD Bank Financial Group, most recently serving as senior vice president, global head of trading risk and quantitative analytics. Mr. Raghunathan was a key member of TD’s executive team that advised the bank to strategically reposition the dealer out of structured and subprime products, thus helping the bank cement its Moody's Aaa rating during the financial crisis.
Prior to his role at TD, Mr. Raghunathan held senior management positions at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada in the Capital Markets Division and was responsible for capital markets related supervision and internal model validation for capital adequacy in banks, insurance and trust companies. Also, Mr. Raghunathan was a financial/quantitative analyst at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in the Tactical Investments Group, the pension fund manager for the Province of Quebec, Canada. Mr. Raghunathan started his financial career in New India Assurance Company, Madras, India as an internal audit assistant.
Mr. Raghunathan earned his bachelor’s degree in pure mathematics from the University of Madras, India and his master’s degree in applied mathematics from Concordia University, Canada.

Mr. Lin is a Partner in Quantitative Analytics of Agam Capital Management. He is responsible for the development of the integrated asset-liability management framework “pALM”. Prior to joining Agam, Mr. Lin was the Assistant Vice President, Market Risk for Aflac Inc. in its Global Investment Office. Mr. Lin was actively involved in ALM initiatives and development of the quantitative platform for market risk, credit risk, and economic capital models. He led Aflac’s modeling effort in regulatory capital (US risk-based capital and Japan Solvency Margin Ratio), participated in modeling effort for the International Association of Insurance Supervisors. Mr. Lin was also responsible for the development of investment accounting policy involving hedge accounting, commercial mortgage loans, and alternative asset investments.
Prior to Aflac, Mr. Lin was a Manager in the structured finance group in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP specializing in the fair valuation of structured products and fail bank acquisitions. Mr. Lin holds a Bachelor of Accounting at Florida International University, and he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.

Doc joined Ohio National in 2008 as vice chairman and has more than 40 years of experience inthe financial services industry. He was promoted to vice chairman and chief operating officer in 2009 and became Ohio National’s ninth president and chief executive officer on December 1, 2010. In May 2012, he was elected chairman of the board of Ohio National’s board of directors. December 31, 2020, Doc retired as CEO. March 31, 2021, Doc retired as chairman of the board of directors.
Doc began his career with MassMutual as a career agent and general agent. During his 24-year career with MassMutual, he was recognized as a 20-year Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier. He moved to the MassMutual home office as senior vice president of marketing. Doc joined Union Central Life Insurance Company in 1999, advancing to president and CEO, and executive vice president and director of UNIFI Mutual Holding Company.
Doc received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.
Doc served as the chair of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati’s citywide campaign and served on the United Way of Greater Cincinnati board for many years. He is past chairman of the board of The American College. He also serves as a board of trustee member of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, co-chair of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Foundation board. Doc is the past chair and past president of the Cincinnati Opera board.
He is an active member of various other industry groups and a former chairman of Life Insurance and Market Research Association (LIMRA).
In December 2017, Doc was awarded The Round Table of New York’s Lifetime Achievement Award. He was awarded the Dan Beard Council’s 2016 Silver Beaver award for volunteerism and Ohio National’s 2016 Paul E. Martin Community Service award for his leadership and service.

John Wight is the former Group Chairman & CEO of BF&M Limited, a publicly traded company on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
Mr. Wight has 35 years of experience in the financial services sector in Canada and Bermuda. He became President and CEO of BF&M in 2005, and then Chairman in 2019, prior to which he held the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He started his professional career with Ernst & Young in Montreal before transferring to Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC), in Bermuda. He holds professional designations as a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
Mr. Wight is past President of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, a past Council Member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange, a past member of the Ministry of Finance Insurance Advisory Committee, and a past member of the Financial Intelligence Agency Board. He is a past Chairman of CPA Bermuda and a past President of the Bermuda Insurance Institute. He is a director of several companies, including HSBC Bank Bermuda.
Mr. Wight was appointed to serve the Senate of Bermuda as Independent Senator by His Excellency the Governor, John Rankin in 2020.
Mr. Wight has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with a major in Accounting from Concordia University in Montreal Canada. He also received a graduate degree in Accounting at Concordia prior to earning his Chartered Accountant Designation. He later participated in Leadership Development programs at Stanford University in Palo Alto California and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.

Mr. Srinivasan is currently Chairman of Agam India and is also spearheading the establishment of Agam’s platform in the Indian life, retirement, and health market. He was most recently the Director of National Insurance Academy of India. Prior to that he had 39 years of experience in the insurance industry both in India and abroad. He was Chairman and Managing Director of New India Assurance Co Ltd., a large Indian insurer, between 2012 and 2018. Prior to that he was Chairman and Managing Director of United India Insurance Co. Ltd for five years. He was also Managing Director and CEO of New India Assurance Co (Trinidad and Tobago) Ltd. in the Caribbean for approximately four years.
He has been and is also currently on the Boards of many companies as Director and Chairman both in India and abroad. He has held Chairmanship of General Insurance Council and General Insurance Public Sector Association (GIPSA). He was on the Insurance Advisory Committee of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). He has been on many committees of IRDAI and the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), Gandhinagar. He also served as President of Insurance Institute of India. He has been conferred Fellowship by Institute of Directors.
He has received many awards during his long tenure including the Personality of year by Asia Insurance Industry Awards, Singapore. He was also awarded as ICON of the profession by Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
He is a Commerce graduate of Madras University, Fellow of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India.

Anup Seth is CEO of Agam Bermuda and joined the company in September 2022. Prior to joining Agam, Anup was Managing Director of Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management business in Bermuda and Global Leader of Underwriting Solutions, Aon’s integrated Commercial Reinsurance advisory, Insurance Linked Securities and White Rock businesses. Anup has over 25 years of diversified international re/insurance experience covering a wide range of products (both Life and P&C) and geographies. Other prior appointments include Managing Director of ACE Bermuda International based in Dublin, Chief Actuary of ACE Bermuda and Senior Consultant with PwC based in London. Anup is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK) and holds a BSc. degree in Actuarial Science from The London School of Economics & Political Science.

Gaurav Rastogi, FSA, CFA, FCIA is the Chief Actuary of Agam focusing on liability valuation, modeling and financial reporting aspects. Prior to joining Agam, Mr. Rastogi was a senior manager in the Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, based in the firm's New York office. Gaurav has over 10 years of experience in actuarial modeling and financial reporting space, specializing in actuarial model conversions, and Accounting Policy and Methodology support. More recently, Gaurav has been focusing on modeling, data and systems changes required by insurers as a result of regulatory updates, such as IFRS 17, USGAAP Long Duration Targeted Improvements and Principles Based Reserving. Prior to EY, Gaurav has held multiple valuation and pricing lead roles with Manulife Financial in their Individual Life Valuation and Affinity Market groups in their Canadian offices.

Mr. Cecchini is Chief Risk Officer of Agam Capital Management, Chief Executive Officer of Agam Capital Management Canada and is based in Toronto, Canada. As a strategic professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Mr. Cecchini has extensive background in market risk, product valuation, stress testing, asset liability management and liquidity, with specialization in structured derivative products. Previously, Mr. Cecchini led the market risk oversight and independent valuation functions for the entire wholesale banking activity for the Bank of Montreal and held a similar role at Toronto Dominion Bank prior to that. This mandate included ensuring all market risks, including tail risks, were thoroughly understood and controlled within articulated risk appetite levels, business performance was fully transparent and in keeping with strategy and risk-return hurdles and that all positions were accurately valued using appropriate quantitative models.
Mr. Cecchini earned his Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Arts in Economics degrees from University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Katz is the Global Chief Operating Officer of Agam Capital Management, where he oversees all finance, legal, compliance and human capital functions. Prior to joining Agam, Mr. Katz was the Head of Hedge Accounting and Administration at Aberdeen Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Katz was the Chief Financial Officer at Arden Asset Management, responsible for all finance, tax, and operations of the management company, as well as all private and registered funds. Prior to Arden, Mr. Katz served as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Katz, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University.

Alok Kumar, Managing Director and CEO of AgamAnalytics, has setup and oversees business operations for India office. He has 20+ years of experience in financial services with an expertise in building Indian captives in insurance and capital markets. He also has broad exposure to multiple asset classes, including equities, rates, forex and mortgages. Prior to joining Agam, he was instrumental in building an Indian unit focusing on risk management, valuation, IT and middle office for Apollo Global Management. Prior to that, he built teams including MSR valuation, six sigma controls, and call centre analytics for Ocwen India. He has also worked with MSCI, where he was responsible for historical simulation of MSCI equity factor indices. He has also worked with Deutsche Bank on its rates structuring desk.
Mr. Kumar graduated from IIT Bombay with a BTech in Electrical Engineering.

Previously, as the Chief Risk Officer at Concentra Bank, Mr. Borawake led the risk and compliance functions, providing effective risk oversight and governance over the Bank and Trust companies. As a Managing Director in PwC's Consulting and Deals practice for the Financial Services sector, Mr. Borawake’s practice area included risk, capital and liquidity management across all business, product and risk categories.

Ms. Page has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, holding a series of diverse senior leadership roles in Risk Management, Treasury, and Finance. Key executive positions included accountability for treasury investment portfolio management, balance sheet interest rate hedging and hedge accounting strategies, and quantitative model development and data-driven analytics for asset-liability management and enterprise wide-stress testing.
Ms. Page holds a graduate degree in quantitative finance from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Advisory Board for the university's Master of Quantitative Finance program. She is a frequent guest lecturer for this graduate program and similar ones at the University of Toronto and McMaster University. Dr. Law is the Managing Director - Global Head of Model Risk and Quantitative Research in Agam Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, taking up various roles in New York Life, Deloitte, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse. Prof. Law is also an adjunct faculty at Columbia University, teaching courses related to deep learning and derivatives for the Statistics and Mathematics of Finance program. Dr Law's research areas include artificial intelligence, stochastic analysis, high-performance computing, as well as their applications to derivative trading, market making, asset-liability management, and risk modeling.
Dr. Law holds BEng (Electronic Engineering) from University of Hong Kong, MSc (Finance) from Chinese University of Hong Kong, MSc (Financial Engineering) from Columbia University, in addition to PhD (Statistics) from Purdue University, and he is also a CFA charter holder and certified financial risk manager (FRM).
